I don't know. The values you ascribe to "biological priority" are mostly arbitrary. You could just as well see your purpose as helping your tribe surviving instead of passing on your own genetics.
If you actually believed in the biological priority being so important that not fulfilling it should result in you killing yourself you would moneymaxx and get a surrogate mother with stacy eggs.

I'm guessing what you need is love, affection and validation. You can get love and affection from friends. You never know how technology might evolve, perhaps we're just about to start another technological revolution with AI and 3D printing. It's entirely possible that you will be able to significantly change your face in your lifetime. You might as well hold out to see if that becomes a possibility. Perhaps you will find something worth living for while waiting.

Because having a girl shouldn't be your only purpose. If you get a girlfriend and she senses that she's the highlight of your life she will start to be resentful for being with you. but there isn't some inherent goal to life, entities with a drive to replicate themselves will do so, it has just been coded into them. and if you can choose whether to make it your goal then even if that were the biological goal of life it doesn't matter, you can just choose otherwise. humans are completely biological entities, if the "biological goal" was reproducing then no one would ever not have kids or they would do everything they could to do that, no one would ever make the choice not to.
