the 2yrs experience thing means you either need to get lucky or take a job in that field with substandard pay and probably poor working conditions and sit there for two years

It's annoying as fuck to get rejected from jobs cuz of this, especially when ur in a very similar job already or in an industry where there's a lot of transferable skills you could easily take over to the new position
