Waking up amidst darkness, even the bird that sings at the break of dawn is silent, is still asleep.
to motivate myself I looked at pictures of Opry, and chanted all the surgeries and procedures I will have done, chanting it in a ritualistic way to a few lit candles and a shrine with an image of David Gandy before whom I bow, I pray.
