Finding the right surgeon that will do what you want and has great results to show and on top of that is affordable is hard af to find.
Cheap but top turkish surgeons aren't really great for jaw and chin surgeries and the top european ones are expesnive af and most don't allow you to pay by installment.
Its a pain in the ass, to do lots of research, call them (teehee called at closing times) and then either hear that its too expensive or they don't do the surgeries for aesthetic reasons only.
Fuck off away from me, just do what I want and don't be too greedy mfs.
Try having a lil empathy.
I will still keep on looking.

true. i want to go with ramieri since he seems like the most budget friendly and legit surgeon but i'm scared the movements wouldn't be enough or too conservative. but other european surgeons charge a mortgage for bimax
