Yeah Turks do surprisingly well. To this day I dont think ethnics have it worse than whites. There are only very few asians and blacks here, but blacks also do pretty well. Most minorities here are Turks, Afghans and Arabs as well as other european groups likes Poles or Italians.

I doubt the refugee crisis changed much on the dating market but maybe it varies from city to city.
