I’ve had this like for 2 years, im 15 now and it’s still here. Please help

Major concern, i dont have those even at 31 yo, do u expose urself to sun just enough unironically ?
 
Yea I would say so I’ve always done lots of activites and sports outside especially in the spring and summer

Yea I would say so I’ve always done lots of activites and sports outside especially in the spring and summer
U should have ideally a total full sun exposure at midday of around 30 minutes a day without protection to improve ur skin markers, also eating all ur antioxidants or anti inflammatory compounds while waking an hour prior the exposure could be the smartest move u could do if u dont have a choice concerning the duration or if sunscreen is missing

Maybe the filling of the glabella overtime could stretch the tissue straight, u need to wait until it ll happen then

yeah I don’t use sunscreen at all. I could try this
 
Forgot to say but if u can u can prepare ur skin to sun exposure by "waking it up" through slight red light therapy dose on the face while waking up, also training ur circadian rythm in the meantime if u expose ur eyes some minutes during this (i dont recommend above 30 mw/cm2 of intensity eyes open too)

Is this cope because I’m unsure how redlight therapy can like remove this wrinkle cuz it seems to be like ingrained in me

Could you explain in grey terms
The glabella is the bone protruding past ur nose bridge in profile view, at 15 yo it is unlikely that u have already this protuberance cause it is the last part of the face to finish his growing pattern around 25 yo with the prefrontal cortex in the meantime

For bone prospects get it simple and smart long term, regular sleep schedule with 1 mg of melatonin 30 minutes before bed onset, calcium-magnesium ratio of 2:1, regular mineralized water consumption, for constant calcium flux, (raw) dairy products are ur friend for phosporus, boron 3 mg, vitamin K complete formula 2 times a day (i recommend the Thorne nutrition one) as vitamin d3 5000 ui all taken in a fat meal environment, incorporating antioxydants and anti inflammatory compounds in ur diet as said earlier, silicum in brazil nuts or wild nettles, collagen 10 mg with glycin 10 mg and vitamin c 500 mg mixture 2 times a day could also be an option, chew hard foods and be sure to have a perfect teeth occlusion prior to stimulate bones proprioception (the latter is the most essential aspect still), mewing or functional tongue posture is evident also

This ratio is linked with the lower odds of osteoporosis in studies as the least struggle for competitive absorption between those minerals in the guts, so ur mineralized water should contain those 2 minerals like 500 mg/l of calcium with 100 mg/l of magnesium with some supplements on the side by example, never consume calcium supplements anyway u dont need it with what i said anyway
