alr so im currently 13.8 years old and need help maximizing growth. Im about 6’0 currently however idk how much bigger im really gonna get, my mom is 5’5 and my dad is 6’0, my relatives are all tall and I started puberty at about 10-11. I was wondering when I should start pinning hgh, im scared if I start now it will lead to premature growth plate closure, please help

Yeah I was thinking about getting all my bloodwork, bone X-rays etc done soon to see around when I should start pinning. Around what should my igf-1 levels be when I want to start pinning?

depends on what tanner stage u in and bone age? also prob do test u can prob get a growth spurt again like 3-5 inches
