Ok so i have fine straight hair with an oily scalp what shampoos do yall recommend and do i need a conditioner as well?
I’ve been trying non sulfates but no matter what i do to rinse it out i still have occasional small white stuff

same hairtype. I shower every other day with a a volumizing shampoo from aveda. works pretty okay. You can probably shower even more often it just doesnt work for my schedule
