I did 8 in a frist set with bad technique when recently i did 10 with a bit better form. I was progresing untill today tbh. I did set of dumbell rows with 5kg dumbels for warmum so it should tire me up. Also i was after pushups so idk. @6ft1 what do you think went wrong and shit?

You should try to do pull ups, they are more efficient for building your back.

I suggest you split your workout.

Do push ups and dips on Monday and Thursday
Do pull ups and chin ups on Tuesday and Friday
Do cardio on Wednesday and Saturday
Sunday rest

i can do only close girp chin ups and pull ups and its hard to do pull ups with close grip. I want to run 3 times a week too

Wide grip pull-ups will build your back the most

wish i had a real pull up bar in home gym right now i just have this wooden thing that i cant grip fully.

weighted chins+ weighted dips+ strict press = best upper body lifts
