The frontalis is great to do it drops the middle of ur brows

As for the points I did on my brows those raise them

As for the thread I think ive seen it I just never put attention to it

I got these points from first just learning what each muscle does for the brows and then looking at videos of people doing Botox for their brows

People usually add a point at the glabella as well and if I get a weird Buk brow I will as well, But I highly doubt I'll get such an effect
