It's over for Russia. All neighbors will join NATO. Even Kazakhstan will join at some point.

The President of Finland, Sauli Niinistö has told a news conference in Helsinki that Russia's invasion of Ukraine "changed the picture" on the country's security.
In a message to Russia he said, "you caused this - look at the mirror".
Mr. Niinistö was speaking after he signed a joined security pact with Boris Johnson.

Yeah the U.S. is not the good guy, still Russia's war on Ukraine is something else.

Russia didn't get the same reaction when they attacked Chechnya, Syria, Georgia. Because Chechens and Syrian rebels were Islamist terrorists (just like the Taliban, al-Qaida, ISIS) and Georgia had a long pre-history.

But Russia attacking Ukraine was like the U.S. attacking Canada or Sweden. Of course the reaction was brutal. If the U.S. would attack Sweden, all of Europe would boycott Amazon, Facebook, Netflix, etc.

Yes the war on Iraq was bad. The only reason why the U.S. didn't get harder reactions is because Saddam was a dictator and mass murderer, so no one wanted to show solidarity with him.

Obviously most military interventions are bad. I think bombing ISIS was good though, they were prevented from taking over more territory and now they're barely a threat anymore.
