I got to be honest with you, but I live in central Finland and I don't remember ever seeing a guy with mongol eyes like that. There must be some, but they're rare on central population. Only samis tend to have those. My parents come from eastern and western finland, and both look the same pheno. I don't think there's any difference on who is beta and who is chad by where you live, some just are, just as anywhere else in the world.
