Fired from work after racially charged incident

Anger took over in a high-stress moment, it usually happens because I am are already running on absolute empty from everything else in your life. I used a slur (₺€₩) against an asshole coworker in the heat of the moment during a workplace confrontation. So now I must endure immediate action from management and HR as well as termination with no pay.
