Raw dogged it on an empty stomach and without lidocaine
33 injection points, every injection made me feel like roping

Yes people who take aqualyx want to just completely dissolve fat, some do it so they can be "debloated" in their face forever. Im just stating that if people do not want to pin something that will give you permanent results, and you don't want something as painful, that just debloats you in a different way (non perm), I just recommended those.

How did that went? Were the results noticeable since buccalfat doesn’t play that much of a part in hollow cheeks (correct me if I’m wrong)

It does, biggest role.
Assuming your zygo and palate development is fine

Procedure itself was okay

Results were pretty impressive, I used to have very bad fat pads so shrunk a lot, but I did kinda botch it tbh.

I extracted more fat from my left cheek than right, so my right cheek is somewhat fuller.

Even when I regain weight it doesn’t affect my cheeks much (excluding bloating)

I’m considering doing a fat dissolvers like lipovela or lemon bottle just on my right cheek to fix the asymmetry

As for lemon bottle, it’s less potent than aqualyx but the recovery time is much shorter and nowhere as much swelling.
So I can do sessions much quicker

I can’t say wether it’s worth or not yet but there’s literally nothing that could go wrong as long as you keep things clean and prevent any infection. If you pinch before injecting you won’t hit any muscles since you only inject into that specific layer of fat. Major nerves run deeper so it’s pretty safe.
Just keep in mind without numbing the area you will have a hard time
