There are some baseline personal values that society expects. They’re not enough to make you a slave or anything, but they mostly decide the role you play in the social hierarchy.
Let me start with the “blackpill baseline.” If you’re around 20, about 176 cm, 80 kg max with 20 percent body fat, clear skin, good hair, good teeth, and you don’t look below average, then society will usually give you a pass. If you don’t have those things, you’ll need to prove your value just to avoid being walked over. And by “value” I mean the minimum level where people don’t disrespect you.
On top of that, you need to show you can fit in. When you step outside your family or close friends, people ask about your university, your job, your car, or even just if you have Instagram. That’s not random curiosity, that’s society checking if you’ve met the minimum expectations of an independent adult over 20. Basically, it’s proof that you can function in the group without causing problems.
But why does any of this matter? If you hate society or hate people in general, none of it really means anything. What’s worse is if you actually know you’re better than most people but you can’t prove it yet or make use of it. That’s when life feels like hell every single day.
That’s where looksmax comes in. It’s a two-stage personal development path, or even an alternative way of living.
Stage one is becoming average. If you’re starting from a really low place, you need to at least reach society’s average level first. That’s the mandatory first step.
Stage two is saying fuck society, I’m going to surpass everyone else. I’ll be better in every area because I know I can be.
There are plenty of people like this on the forum. I’m one of them. Some users here are narcissists, some are sociopaths, and they’re willing to do absolutely anything to become better. Once you filter out the TikTokcells, you start to see these people.
