first big crash on my mtb

the jump was about 4-5 feet tall in steepnes and about a 2-3 foot gap in between take off and landing and its one of those like jumps where the takoff is straight but the landing is like on a angle so your supposed to whip your bike in the air but right before it i lost grip on my tires cause the dirt was really loose and went over the bars head first into a root

i may have a concusion because im very dizzy
