First blood draw. Here’s what I’m testing for.

I’m mainly testing for deficiencies so I can healthmaxx. For those that haven’t gotten blood work, I’d rate the pain a 3/10. It burns when it pierces your skin but after that it just feels weird. I’d recommend eating a small, calorie dense snack right before because I felt pretty dizzy because I made that mistake of not eating.
