store the vials in a mini fridge and the tablets you can just have in a box since they dont need to be temp regulated

Decent. HCG is kinda pointless but if you can afford it no reason not to (watch your e2 tho hcg will raise your e2 super high). HGH is also probably useless unless ur plates are open. I'd personally recommend you blast and cruise. you can safely be at the upper end of the natural range during your cruises (9-10 months of the year) and then blast for 2-3 months a year at supraphysiological dosages.
