First cycle advice 300 mg test e

'm 18 and I'm thinking about starting a cycle, I'm on reta rn (2.5 mg a week), I was thinking about doing 275 mg test (pinning daily) for around 18 weeks, I'm planning on keeping anastrozole (0,25 mg), tamoxifen (in case I get gyno), clomiphene (25 mg daily for pct) and hcg on hand. My question is should I start using an AI once I hit the 4 week mark even if I'm not feeling any estrogen sides or should I only use it if I get sides? Also should I use hcg during cycle or after? I really want to preserve my long term fertility. And lastly, do you think I have to worry about hairloss or acne? I'm planning on hopping on accutane at around the same time anyway I was just thinking if it's really worth getting finasteride for such a low dose. Also lmk if there's anything missing or if there's anything I don't need with such a low dose.

Pretty sure 275 mg of test isn't true, also my test is like mid 400s last time I checked so no, it's not "high"

So you should know that it's better to start with the minimum effective dose and then titrate up.

Its better to learn you respond poorly to gear on 275 test than 500
