At least double the gh more mast as well it’s not very strong so you can really push it

10 Gh is still nothing im planning on using 18iu ed at 73kg/160. 0.07mg per KG and one Mg is about 3iu. There is not to Much Gh only to Little

Either take 0.07+mg/kg/day or just don't take gh cuz like it cud fuck up ur FAH and yeah u wud be wearing money unless u want it only for gym gains ig
