rn i’m cutting for my future first blast. atm i’m on:
60-80mcg clen
10mg cardarine
5mg tirzepatide
20mg accutane
thinking of 16 weeks cycle
500mg test e or c
50mg var starting ninth week
probably will cruise afterwards with 150-200mg test. what do you think? is there anything to improve? my plates are fused btw

food noise is cause of puberty and addiction imo. once i get lean probably food noise will get lost also. and lifelong tirz is very much ok.

Best and safest firest cycle IMO is to start with only TEST, preferably 150 mg/week to start, and slowly increase until a sweet spot where you make a lot of progress. You DON'T want to start at 500 and get slammed by side effects, much healthier to start slow. Adding nother compounds should only be done when you know you already tolerate a compound and can bare the sides it gives. Wait with anavar until you want to cut and get a dry-look, aswell add liver suppoprt supps like NAC and/or injectable glutathione

150mg is way too low imo first cycle should be around 300-500 test for 16-20 weeks not sure about extra compounds tho
