First cycle help

Im on 350mg of test a week divided in 3 injection weekly and im on my 2 week of test. I started getting hella sides, like high hearth rate and i ended up in hospital too as i said in my last post. Im gonna go from 350 test to 250 to see what happens.
What im taking:
-Telmisartan (daily)
-5000mg of omega-3
-vit D, C
-Arimidex 0,5mg x3 a week
- 5 litres of water daily
Please give me some good advice i wanna mog i dont wanna look like a chubby gym cell nigga

nevibolol, also maybe better to use eq / primo instead of arimidex to control e2, 4:1 dose would do you good, drink water do your cardio and you will be fine. Also 350test shouldnt give you that sides
