Creatine 10g a day
ashwaganda 600mg a day
magnesium citrate 2g a day
Selen Komplex 1 tablet a day
Vitamin C 500mg a day
Vitamin B5 500mg a day
Vitamin A 10000 IU a day
Vitamin D3/k2 2000UI a day
Fenugreek 1500mg a day
Zinc bisglycinate 25mg
Vitamin E 400mg a day
Berberine 500mg a day
(these are for Height/Muscle/Face and Liver )
All of them are at really high doses so you can maximise anything there is aka dont miss on anything out
If you are broke then take these but anything less than that is lowk useless.

At the end of the day everyones deifferent so start at low doses and go up till you the dosage i reccommended. If you see any side effects then do some research about wich one is hurting you and lower it a little.
