first cycle need help

im pinning 150mg twice a week, but every testosterone i find has ampoule with 250mg in each. can i take out 150mg for a pin then use the remaining next time, or will the ampoule become not sterile ?

also if i buy a vial of 10ml of test, can i take out enough for 150mg each time and the vial stays sterile for next time ?

no it wont stay sterile get vials if you wanna keep sterility for multiple doses
