first cycle opinions

so Im 19 6'1 175 and around 15% bf and wanting to do my first cycle and wanted to know if any1 has any suggestions:

350mg of test c weekly
5mg of cialis daily
20mg of telmisartan daily
0.5mg tabs of arimidex on hand
and for pct
20mg of nolvadex daily
25mg of clomd daily

12 week cycle plus 4 week pct

other than lean mass and strength gain I also value overall athleticism and cardiovascular ability hence the telmisartan

Up to 400mg for even dosing. Use test E instead and don’t use ai before getting bloods it can nuke your e2 and make you rope

Nolva should be enough for this dose of test, yes 16 weeks is better

start at lower test dose then increase every month ideally. maybe start at 250 and push up to 500 + think about adding a mild oral like anavar will help u create keepable muscle tissue
