Not necessarily ALL but majority of them yeah. calcium sodium and similar is not necessary but it's a good idea if you have the money. Id just go thru this list see what each does and decide yourself which are worth to do for you. For example: are you Gon a use HGH? If not then you don't need to do igf1.
