Will have them checked, last year did a check it was around 500ng/dl, which is pretty shit, but i have a feeling it might be a lil more rn, everything else was in normal range

Cycling is safer, BNC is better if ur not planning to ever come off which im guessing op is
Why would you hop on and prematurely plan to come off so early?

What even are the reasons to cycle? What short period of time would he be on gear for that to be a more suitable option than BnC?

And why hop on, if only for a short period? I’m not really a “looksmaxer”, so maybe there is some application for that, but it just doesn’t make sense to me.

Avoid HPG supression, BnC desensitizes GnRH neurons which u need for LH/FSH
What even are the reasons to cycle?
Several reason but i cycle to avoid SRC-1 downregulation

12-16 weeks

Not a looksmaxer thing

GnRH neurons, which u dont want since u need it for LH/FSH
Why would you care about this if you just BnC?
HPG axis supression

12-16 weeks
Why even hop on just for a little amount of gains, then spend time recovering your natural production to then do what? Hop on again (to then destroy that natural production again and waste time building it back up and suppressing it down again — for what reasons — still not sure what answer you have here) or return to being natural (why hop on in the first place?).
SRC-1 downregulation
More than compensated for by the presence of high AAS exposure from BnC itself: upregulation of AR activation offsets the functional impacts of SRC-1 downregulation because AR activity is going to be sufficiently stimulated by AAS from BnCing even if coactivator input is reduced.

U wouldnt but ud care if ud ever want to hop off, i doubt hes gonna be on for 80 years would likely end up with permanent secondary hypogonadism

When u looksmax ur aiming for peak natty u roid on here to get to a point faster not the pass the limit maybe thats the confusion, also aside from that long term ligand degradation of ARs is well studied from long term AAS (BnC) which is the reason i personally avoid it since my goal isnt simply peak natty, also altered lipids and CRP increase also commonly happens, ofc ancs are enough to counter these, most people dont use the right ancs or just dont know they need them
More than compensated for by the actual process of high AAS exposure from BnC itself
BnC causes a plateau in PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathways, thats a HUGE negative for anti aging and facial aesthetics

Maybe this is a looksmax vs bodybuilder view thing

the only purpose of doing 300mg is if your testosterone is low in the first place. Personally i would recommend doing 150mg EOD so 525mg per week. just do hcg so you can come off

Will have AI, why not cycle?
because it's fucking retarded?

genuinely cannot believe that's what people did in the past

you hop on, the typical cycle is like 12 weeks, for the first month you will be shutting down & have you body adapt to exogenous hormones, a high fucking dose too since at 12wk you don't have the time to slowly ramp up

which does not matter since it will still take time to reach the desired serum concentration anyway, especially when doing subq injections

then you stay on of a pathetic amount of time, like what is few months in the grand scheme of things? you won't even gain shit (which is why they got on an unnecessarily high dose in the first place)

then once you are stable and making gains what do you do? go off and straight into PCT that lasts almost as much as the cycle itself

and the second you are fully recovered, you fuck your hormones up again with another cycle 🤡

just idiotic

not to mention half the famous steroid associated sides is from the fact the hormones are drastically changing all the time and not from the steroids themselves lol

Cyclers think theyre high IQ or some shit. "This way Ill be healthy bro". 🤡

Retarded.

Last paragraph is extremely true.

Your "natty peak" is dyel these days. People do not understand the competition for prime stacy irl.

If you'd take a compound to have a chad face but take away 5 years of your life, most people would do it.

But about gear, people go "Omg Ill have a natty chad physoque in 10 years bro cya" 🤡

Nobody looks like the fitness influencers without gear and they arent bnc ing.

Men didnt look like them until after 1930s.

they're probably listening to their coach or friends whose knowledge is too outdated
also they have the mindset of "steroids = toxic" and think that by limiting the amount of time they are on they will be healthy

Nobody looks like the fitness influencers without gear and they arent bnc ing
nobody looks like fitness influencers, with gear or without

this survey says that 15 - 30% of gym goers use steroids

which is crazy
chances are that literally any guy who's a regular gym goer and has a physique that even remotely looks like he works out, is actually taking gear

yet most people in the gym look like shit, even the 15 - 30% that use gear - because genetics are way more important than gear
being "big" doesen't even come from having muscles, it comes from having a tall, broad skeleton with thick joints (wrists)

hopping on gear will quickly obliterate any delusions one might have about his potential, when you're natty it's easy to cope with "I'll look good in 3 - 5 years, I just need to gain more muscle"
on gear you start gaining and you realize that all you are gaining is more muscle and that shit does not make you big if you don't have the required genes

happened to me, it's brutal

also it's important to keep in mind that fitness influencers are on camera, and it's so much easier to look good on camera than in real life
an influencer might look amazing & ideal, but then you see him IRL next to some thick fucking blue collar boomer and you realize the influencer has arms half the boomers size :lul:
and just overall looks thin

I would go as far as to say that the slew of fitness influencers starting in the social internet era ie YouTube, IG ass-fucked young brains into thinking their physiques are attainable natty while they sell courses that are a 1000th iteration of a GVT.

Forums back when with mostly no monetary incentive always talked about gear. Any body building space did. Many serious lifters did too.

People who went to the gym actually looked like they went to the gym.

It was like most people don't go to the gym, so they don't look like it.

yet most people in the gym look like shit, even the 15 - 30% that use gear - because genetics are way more important than gear

Now that exponentially more people go to the gym, the genetic divide is insanely clear. Sometimes I wonder why some people come to the gym. They do low IQ shit, no technique, shit genetics.

chances are that literally any guy who's a regular gym goer and has a physique that even remotely looks like he works out, is actually taking gear
True. When these people look bigger and more cut as fuck than the pre steroid era competition physique, you know what's going on.

most hilarious is the anti-ped/aas attitudes I always see when anyone on ig in a more mainstream community talks about steroids, shit like "took the easy way" or "taking gear to look like that"

these fools don't even realize that every single person they look up to gym-wise is on steroids, every actor, every sportsman, every influencer, and most likely most guys they consider "big" in their own gyms jfl
I wonder why some people come to the gym
for me it's just coping
I know that all the effort is in vain, and I won't be able to achieve the coveted look that people recognize as "jacked"
also when it comes to women gym is a fucking meme jfl

but one thing that I don't think is cope is fighting skill, and the physicality required for it
that's why I bitch and cry about not having a more robust frame all the time because it's so crucial to not being stuck in a very lightweight category
is it even possible to throw a punch that does damage when you have such thin joints
Some boomers hand thickness mog when they shake hands with you. :feelsrope::feelsrope::feelsrope::feelsrope:
no joke this should genuinely be studied, how the wrist circumference has dropped so massively
wrists close early in puberty so the argument of "hard labor" is null, so it's gotta be all pre-natal T and T during puberty
my grandma wrist mogs me :lul: so over
what's your wrist size btw

True. Possible to fight with technique, but there are also weight classes for a reason.

Yeah possibly, now you see liberal woodworkers vs. grimey oldcel thick jointed chad woodworkers.

My dad wrist mods me to oblivion. He also has thick body hair.

I don't remember wrist size exactly but I remember messaging you way back and it was over tier. :feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:
