The more frequent the better for stability so I would say if you are sure you can maintain it, do every day
 
Why would u take arimidex before your body even needs it ?

I haven’t taken arimidex 1 time this cycle as I’ve had no E2 sides at all.

Just going to fuck your E2 up for no reason.
