I just pinned 250mg of test cyp for the first time, what can I expect and what can I do to maximize bone and muscle growth throughout my use of test. This is my first ever cycle so I would really appreciate some advice.

thats fine i'm aware of that, I'm also kinda wondering about my mood cus I have diagnosed bipolar disorder and I've heard higher test levels can help boost mood, other than that I wanted to know how long it's gonna take me before I start seeing actual results

if ur growth plates are still open get on aromasin or arimadex for later in the cycle

i think my growth plates are closed i've been stuck at 191cm (6'3) for around 6-7 months now and I doubt i'm gonna grow any further

unless you wanna get huge nipples you should look into an AI, if you dont care about having kids i would just be on test forever

research it urself, but arimadex is way more forgiving than aromasin if you overdose

or just get on eq with test and it will keep ur estrogen down without the risk of crashing estrogen
