Hello boyos,
So I'm finna hop on my first cycle, and was going to ask for any advice before I do something stupid.
I'll be following jeffersons guide
Here are my stats
5'11 barefoot - 17 - 140lbs
CYCLE INFO - 500mg OF TEST-E A WEEK FOR 15 WEEKS
Ok here is what I was planning on doing
250mg of test-e injected twice a week, monday morning and thursday night for 15 weeks.
at around 2-3 weeks into cycle, start taking 6.25mg aromasin on pin days
after cycle, 2 weeks after start taking my PCT which I have chosen nolvadex 20mg for 6 weeks.
I do have a couple of questions and am a little worried about a couple of things like if I will be able to gain my natural test levels back or not and if its worth to use a hcg because whats the point of a cycle if after im just going to be a low test normie and lose all my gains?

ISO Chest Press
Pec Deck
Plate Loaded Shoulder Press
Cable Lateral Raises
Tricep Pushdown
Overhead Tricep Extension
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Hip Adductor
Incline Dumbbell Curl
Reverse Curl

POSTERIOR DAY
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
T-Bar Row
Pullover Machine
Hip Thrust
Hamstring Curl
Calf Raises
Back Extension
Dumbbell Preacher Curl
Dumbbell Hammer Curl
Wrist Curls
Reverse Wrist Curls
ABS DAY - or combine into one of other days and make it a rest day
Weighted incline crunch
Cable Crunch
Ab Twist Machine (or Russian twist)
Hanging Leg Raises
Okay how this split will work is very simple
For ALL SETS, ur doing 2-3 sets as heavy as u can for 4-7 reps if u can get more than 7 increase weight.
pretty much if it feels good that day do a third set because why not.
okay and the split its self is
Monday - anterior
Tuesday - posterior
Wednesday - abs
Thursday - anterior
Friday - posterior
Saturday - rest
Sunday - this is where it can get confusing, ur going to be doing anterior
Monday - posterior endless repeat cycle

So we all know lean is law, should I be doing a bulk cycle or staying lean? I was going to bulk and then cut after cycle with the help of reta LMK
