oh alright at 21 500 still allat but if u want to, I would still recommend 300-400 max

No need to start at 500mg a week imo
I think generally 300-350 is a good starting point.

I honestly am not exactly sure what you’re saying but yes you would still benefit if you’re above average t. 300-350mg would put you around 1600 ng/dl

okay good so i’m 19 and want to start with 200mg , 500 is way too much , how u keep ur hair bcs i dont want to take 5AR bcs i believe in pfs , is topical ru really enough ?

It’s the same for me. I’m not on it atm. I already take min and isotret atm so I’m already combatting some of the side effects
