Keep in mind, 6" is my BP number, I am 5.5" NBP. I'd rather say I'm 5.5" x 5.5" (I got OCD) although my girth is larger than that haha. But since scientific method uses BP, I go with 6 inches. But I do believe it's true that it's the average size, especially for girth. Average-sized condoms are meant for 4.5" - 4.7" girth. Magnums are for like 4.9" - 5.1" girth so that's not as big as they want you to believe it is. Magnum XL is for 5.2" - 5.3" girth or so, so it's not like there's a massive difference. Trust the studies, they have no reason to lie to you.
