Going to have my first date in 2 hours at age 17, kinda feels surreal, 'cause by this site standards I would be one ugly mf who should have roped a long time ago. I just don't know what I should talk about with her??

Just talk about whatever. If she likes you she will be interested in you too and conversation will flow. If not, not much you can do, especially since it's your first date so you don't have much experience
It's good to ask her questions that make you seem interested in her, ask what she likes to do, if she tells you about hobby or interests she has try to ask her about details of it etc, even if you don't give a fuck. After this it should go it's own course

also depends if you know that girl already, if you met her in school or work etc, or if it's basically first time you have opportunity to talk to her, it's different how you go from there
