I’ve been doing calisthenics at home and at outdoor gyms for about 5ish months now, so I’m already fit, so I didn’t have much catch-up to do.
It went pretty good, was there for like an hour thirty. Burned close to 500 calories. Hit chest/shoulders/back, and did stair-master and incline treadmill.
It’s been 4 years since I was in an actual gym, felt so good to actually push myself(I hate myself)
Also got noticeable IOI’s from about 5 girls around my age. I have an athletic, lean, wirey physique already. So being a new guy who’s also fit, kinda drew some attention. Also a 40 sum cougar thick ahh milf said I was a cutiepie at the grocery store today.
Overall 9/10 experience, I mogged.
I might go back and do more stair master cause I’m bored and have no one to hang out with.
The gym will now be my second home.
