It does, and it’s better than aqualyx I’m using the version made for body fat but on my face so I’m using less and getting more since it’s 10 vials of 10ml, unlike aqualyx this has peptides and vitamins so the bloat isn’t as bad and so ur skin also tightens up making it not sag after

Nope, maybe a little sting upon injection but no long term burn I didn’t use any lidocaine, here’s a good thread
