First day of Ramadan

there is a water drainage in morocco rn so it would be unwise to kill of 5 million sheep
Ah you mean because the sheep’s blood will go into the drains lol

Allah is mad with Morocco. It’s cos your women race mix too much that’s why Allah is punishing moroc

How do you cancel a holiday like wtf did they do? How do you cancel
Eid what are you doing diff there that you didn’t do last year
Idk I'm pretty sure in the eid there was 3 days off but now that's no more

It's cuz of shortage of sheep and very high prices

Nigga I slept until 30 minutes before iftar

ngl I overeated. I ate one wrap with chicken. one hareera, one egg, a bit of chips (200 calories I reckon), two pizza slices and a bit of bread.
I think I ate around 1700 calories. maybe more but I dont hope so. I wont eat anything else except for maybe one pudding of 200 calories. Today was my first day fasting so I dont blame myself but the rest of the ramadan days I will eat +- 1000 calories
Keep it light full of protein some moderate healthy fats and moderate carbohydrates and a lot water. No sugars or processed foods.

I want to eat 1500/1600 calories and 300/400 in s7or and 1200 in iftar. What food scheme would you recommend for that. And why no boiled eggs?

Eggs are one option, and many other foods could work as well. I am just gave you a sense of what I meant by protein rich foods, healthy fats, and similar choices.

For suhoor I would say eat around 600 cal mainly slow digesting carbohydrates like whole grains or oats, lean proteins like eggs or natural yogurt, and healthy fats like avocado, nuts. This way you will maintain energy throughout the day.

For Iftar eat 600 calories begin by drinking water and a couple of dates to gently break your fast. Then a balanced meal that includes lean protein chicken, fish, or legumes, a lot of vegetables, a bit of carbohydrates like quinoa or brown rice, and a small bit of healthy fats like olive oil or seeds.

After Iftar eat a snack around 300 calories to
stabilize blood sugar. Something like a small salad, a smoothie, or a some nuts with fruit.

Don’t take them orally since that would break your fast, if they are injectable, they likely won’t, at least to my knowledge. However, Ramadan isn’t the ideal time for building muscle anyway. I only use Ramadan to maintain muscle mass and minimize muscle loss.
