speaking generally, but after like 2-3 months of consistently for the first time i experienced girls coming up to me to ask for my number and shi like at bus stops, in the gym and in shopping centres and i wasnt even looking that crazy just noticeably enough difference for me from what i looked like 3months prior, im still on my journey so no where near finished
