First day on Accutane

so it's my first day on the drug I've tried it before but I stopped due to extreme side effects (nausea vomiting passing out and oh god please don't make fun of me my dick didn't work I was taking 80mg a day) I went to another doctor and he lowered to dose to 40mg I'll keep all of you updated by weekly. the dosage usually starts by 10-20 mg, then u gradually raise the dosage, that's the optimal way if you're just starting

very good bossman also use tretinoin, azelaic and a txa + niacinimide serum mix, later, like 3-4 months in maybe sub in tret for taz youll have amazing skin
