I took huperzine-a, tons of niacin, and a shit ton of other supps (the normal stuff) throughout the day. Then at 9:50 pm i took 25mg of mk, an hour after i finished dinner. I took 2.5g of mk yesterday as a test for bad reactions and i don’t feel anything.
i woke up at 3 because i had to piss and i was feeling great, just generally elevated and fully rested despite my lack of sleep.
I went back to sleep and I properly woke up at 5:30 to work out but i was starving, hungrier than I ever felt in the morning. I know it’s because of the mk ghrelin response. I got out my usual breakfast, a bowl of raisin bran, without thinking.
It all started to go to shit after I finished about half of the raisin bran. My retarded ass forgot that mk makes you insulin sensitive and gobbled down a shit ton of carbs. I started being unable to breath very well and had to take a puff of my old inhaler from when i was a kid. Then i started passing out and collapse on to the bed barely conscious. Ive passed out from blood loss before and that’s basically what it felt like.
Then i proceeded to sleep for the next four hours, and i had no energy to get up. At one point i went to take a shit, had horrible dihharea, and almost passed out on the toilet.
I started feeling better the longer I slept untill just recently I was able to measure myself. 5’8. I was 5’7 yesterday. I kept measuring myself and kept getting the same result. I’m thinking that it’s all just spinal decompression from the 12+ hours of sleep but my legs do “feel like they’ve grown,” sort of sore reminiscent of my last growth spurt. I’ve grown an inch in a week but an inch in a day sounds ubsurd, so i’m accrediting it to spinal decompression.
What should i do from here? i think i’m going to take a day off and try my best to eat keto. Any advice would be great for my retarded ass cause i feel like dogshit.
