so much i can say but in a nutshell I feel alive, I can focus its crazy everything more vibrant and its clear unless u really get into something u might get a little wired. I actually have adhd so it might be different if ur normal but if u have adhd bro get on ts it'll change ur life holy but yeah also this mf is basically ozempic I dont feel any urge to eat and dont even think abt food and im a fatass bro I love food but no desires and ppl report this on lower does (im on 30 mgs) anyway yeah bro you need to hop on ts if u an ADDcel cant even desrcibe it

oh yeah and the sides rn its only mild anxiety for now, thats really it also ur stomach might start tripping if u eat on it but u wont have the desire too anyway jfl also remember to drink water I keep forgetting but youll need to make sure to hydrate yourself anyway ye

Because you are at the beginning, still trying to find the right dosage and shit. Caffeine is also a stim that can fuck with the way Vyvanse works and give you more sides and so on
