first experience w/ HCTZ

My pharma order arrived yesterday, I had never tried HCTZ before so I decided to order it this time.

I popped 50mg of it yesterday after dinner, and tbh I didn’t see any major debloat effect.

Don’t get me wrong, I was def not bloated, but I also don’t think I was anymore debloated than usual.

Maybe bcs I’m alr very lean, and I usually have natural hollow cheeks. Or maybe bcs the compound takes a longer time to act than I thought.

Anyone has had any experience w/ HCTZ?

No im pretty rarely bloated and at times i need to be debloated theres usually alc and when there isnt any alc i popi bit of furo

You could always try some finerenone if youd like more effects

yeah I ordered HCTZ alongside furosemide, but I try to save lasix for rlly special occasions since it’s really harmful.

how many mgs do u take btw?

I usually take 20 or 40 depending on how importsnt the event is. With 60 i start to feel lethargy and 80+ just decends me and gives me even more lethargy snd a headache

Yeah its kinda like a stronger eplerone

Ive taken 75mg before and always start pissing my brains out and look hollow the following day
