Yeah, its still very soon but it looks like its thickening up and the derma told me I had a lot of hairs growing in, so I'm remaining hopeful

My semen is still more Watery than before but got better but plateued. Hair > Watery semen

You should fix EVERYTHING ELSE first and only deal with your DHT as a last option if everything else fails

Not even close. I'm glad I haven't got mental side effects or anything else so far. If I have it's not noticable.

Cope, DHT is not even the cause of hair loss
You can basically treat everything else before messing with your DHT,
inflammation (which is the cause of DHT accumulated in the scalp), fibrosis, calcification, blood flow...

There are many ways
Inflammation which is the root cause I haven't searched much about, but you need to change diet for sure, I've only been taking Rosemary tea tbh, I need to do more research.
Calcification - Magnesium (almost 50% of the population is deficient in magnesium, funny how 50% of men get bald by the age of 40yo)
Fibrosis - Minoxidil helps
Calcification and fibrosis are what cut the blood flow to the hair follicles
To enhance the blood flow - Minoxidil, Scalp massage, microneedling, red light
These are the most conventional treatments, I'll search for more tbh, especially the supplements necessary to get the calcification regulators in balance
