Nothing too overdone. It will look like shit of overdone. Think like this: your nose, but with slight improvements. Your nose doesn’t really have flaws tho. I suggested rhino, but thats just because I was looking for some “flaws” for you to fix. You don’t really have any when it comes to bones. Mostly soft tissue. Just debloat, cut and fix your skin. Then you can see what you really wanna fix.
