Starting a cycle of hgh at 16 anyone got any tips or anything to maximise my time on it I’ve seen a few things but not sure what’s true any tips overall would help as well

There's a few things to keep in mind, but generally you shouldn't really "overcomplicate it"

Firstly just basic stuff

Get enough sleep; Deep, high-quality sleep is when your body makes and uses HGH best.

Training: Resistance training, sprinting, and other high-intensity exercise boost natural HGH. If you’re supplementing, this helps maximize the benefits.

Nutrition: Avoid eating lots of carbs right before dosing, since insulin can blunt HGH’s effects.
Adequate protein is important for muscle growth and recovery.

Body fat: Higher body fat, especially belly fat, tends to reduce HGH effectiveness. Staying lean can help.


Other supplements

You can pair HGH with things like L-arginine, glycine, or intermittent...
200 iu per day. Your gonna be 6'7 in a few days.

dont do 2 or 3 ius a day, it is a waste of money. Your natural level of hgh is already pretty high, so using 2 ius will be just replacement dose, especially considering that you probably use some ugl hgh. Do 6 ius instead, use low dose ai and monitor blood sugar level, buy berberine or some shit idk

bro what kind of natural secretion of hgh if he uses exogenous stuff? It is like saying drink ashwaghanda to boost test, while blasting 500mgs. Sleep and nutrition, yes, is important to maximise the conversion of hgh to igf1
