FIRST LGD-4033 CYCLE LOG

Mini Update:
Finally recovered enough from my back injury to hit true workouts now. I was able to hit arms a few times while injured but every movement with heavier weights had to be eliminated because of how fucked my back was. Luckily just a pulled muscle and nothing serious so I hit a full pull day today. Currently sitting at around 166-167lbs.

I was really worried about losing gains due to being out of action but I was surprised at how not only did I keep my strength but I was actually stronger in some movements than prior to the injury.

I am currently half way through week 7 of the cycle now and still no major side effects at all. At the end of this week I will post a formal update in the usual format I do, so I'm sorry for the lack of more consistent posts.
