I am hopping on reta and going on a 12-week shred phase

I want a peptide for my skin so I was torn between GLOW Stack Versus KLOW Stack Versus GHKCU?

You don't need anything in glow. The only useful compound for skin health in klow other than ghk is kpv. bpc and tb are mostly for injuries and do minimal for gut health.
