Doxycycline for?

I’ve been doing IPL laser on my beard to get perfect skin and finally get rid of ingrown hairs after shaving.

But after every session I end up with folliculitis, exactly like it's described in here: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7380697/

So now I’m basically coping w/ doxycycline to deal with it
