I’m 13 years old 6’2”/188cm and 171lbs/77kg
I need help trying to better myself so rate me and tell me what I need to do basically, I’m kinda skinny fat and have lost 40 pounds in the last couple months. I am very grateful for my genetics as I was 6 foot at 12. I just got on this website and this is my first post to just rate me and give me guidance. I don't want to put many pictures of me on this.
