hit the gym first, fix your sleep and then see how it goes for you in 2-5 months of consistency. If you do not grow or notice an improvement then start considering hardmaxxes. But softmaxxes are pretty solid with pharma creams like tret and other assets

Gym asap and maybe wait a year before considering Roids but Your base is good you just have No bonemass you look like a child
