hey guys, first post on .org, i wanted to know my rating and what i could improve on. right now im taking 4000 iu vit d3, about 25 mg zinc, 400 mg magnesium, omega 3s all daily to try and improve my igf-1 and gh production, im about to start using hydrocortisone for my nose, got a couple vials of ghk-cu gonna use it for a couple months to try and see if its cope or not, i wanna hop on mt1 also, i also do a couple other stuff to try and improve my looks. this is one of my first times being on org, i heard you guys give very brutal ratings, i really wanna know what else i could do to improve my looks
